Xcaret by Day - Spend a marvelous day at the very beautiful archeological theme park of Xcaret, "Natures Secret Paradise". The adventure begins as you take a one-hour journey in an air-conditioned colorful folkbus to Xcaret Park. Upon arrival an English speaking guide will instruct you as to where to go and what to do, then you are on your own to explore and experience the many attractions offered. Step back in time amongst the various Mayan Archaeological sites, float on the surface of an underground river for thirty minutes, an unbelievable experience. Enjoy a swim in the Caribbean Sea, lagoons, natural pools, channels and cenotes. Browse through a botanical garden and nursery, visit the wild bird-breeding aviary, butterfly pavilion, Jaguar Island and much more. Xcaret at Night - Mexico's roots and the mystical world of the Mayan culture come to life in the evenings at Xcaret Park. The beat of pre-Hispanic drums and candlelit paths take participants through a spell-binding labyrinth of caves, natural wells, ceremonial centers, and live dioramas, leading to an open-air theater and a colorful presentation of folklore dances. Cancun Nautibus

The Nautibus is unique catamaran, known as "the floating submarine". The hull is made of aluminum and both keels specially designed with large windows just beneath the waterline to give you full view of the underwater world. You will depart from Playa Tortugas and cruise along the coast of Isla Mujeres Bay where you will be able to view some of Cancun's most beautiful beaches. Then continue to the Chitales coral reef, which forms part of the second largest reef in the world after Australia. You will have a full view of the underwater world and be able to closely observe the sting coral, elk horn, brain coral, sea fans, sponges and many species of fish that populate the area. The Nautibus will then return to the Playa Tortugas.

Cancún Overview

This is a great way for first-time visitors to get acquainted with Cancun. From the pier, you'll travel along one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Visit the Mayan ruin site "El Rey" which means "King of the Solar Countenance". It is believed that this was the site of astronomical activities in the 2nd and 3rd century BC. As you return, you will stop at the Forum Mall, Cancun's newest shopping complex, where you can choose to shop or return to the ship.

Jeep Safari Adventure

Leave the hustle and bustle of Cancun behind and explore the natural beauty of Quintana Roo while driving your own jeep. Your guided tour will depart caravan style and pass through the northern part of Cancun, Puerto Juarez and Punta Sam, legendary home of some of the best known pirates of the area like Red Beard. Turning off the paved main road you will appreciate your rugged 4wd jeep as you negotiate the bumpy road leading you to the secluded beach of the Pirate Morgan. Sail to Isla Mujeres

Your Dive In instructors have a great trip planned for you onboard the snorkel boat sailing to Isla Mujeres, whose name roughly translates to "island of women". This beautiful island is located about 40 minutes offshore from Cancun and offers some of the best snorkeling in the area. You will be given an orientation of the area before entering the water. Your Dive In instructors will take you on a guided tour and show you the incredible under sea world. Make sure you bring your underwater camera to get those once in a lifetime pictures. COZUMEL, MEXICO

Chichen Itza by Bus

Take a once-in-a-lifetime excursion deep into the heart of Mexico to the ancient Mayan ruins of Chichén Itzá. Depart early in the morning. As you drive across the Yucatán peninsula, a knowledgeable guide will review the history of Mexico, introduce you to Mayan culture and tell you what you can expect to see and experience at the ruins. Chichén Itzá was the most important city in the Yucatan peninsula from the 11th to the 13th century. Once there, you can stay with the guide or explore on your own. Enjoy a box lunch and complimentary beer and sodas. Take about two and a half hours to tour the sacrificial well, climb the temple of Kulkulcán and gaze into the observatory where Mayan priests accurately calculated celestial events. Mayan Ruins Of Tulum

The ruins of Tulum lie just 80 miles south of Cancún, a monument to Mayan culture consisting of about 60 ancient structures. On your way there, a knowledgeable guide will brief you on the sights you will see. Mayan Ruins of Tulum / Xel-Ha

About 80 miles south of Cancún, Tulum rises majestically from the top of a craggy cliff overlooking the Caribbean. These ruins are a remarkably well preserved ancient Mayan settlement of about 60 structures, the only walled Mayan settlement on Mexico's coast. A knowledgeable guide will lead you through the walled city built circa 1450, explaining the history of the grand temples, palaces and altars that were once the center of this advanced civilization. Dolphin Discovery

This tour combines opportunity to spend some time snorkeling in famous Chankanaab National Marine park highlighted by a unique dolphin encounter experience. You will be greeted at the pier by staff and guided to the shuttle bus, which will transport you to the Dolphin Discovery Facility at Chankanaab Snorkeling Park.
